Background: Behçets disease (BD) is a complex and multisystemic disorder of unknown etiology. It characterized by recurrent oral genital ulcers inflammatory eye involvement. can also affect the cardiovascular, pulmonary skeletal system. BD commonly diagnosed in women reproductive age. Pregnancy outcomes are reported previous studies with discrepancies rate pregnancy-related complications. Objectives: To describe course pregnancy patients BD. Methods: We prospectively collected data on outcome through nationwide Norwegian registry rheumatic diseases (RevNatus) from 2016-2020. All were ICD-10 code M35.2. 13 pregnancies 11 recorded. One had two including one twin birth. Results: Median age at conception was 30 years (range 25-32), median duration 7 1-15). There no serious organ manifestations.
